Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Torque Management, LLC (“Torque,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our websites or contact us about leads, live transfers, or other Torque services.
Websites covered. This Policy covers our public brochure site at www.torque10x.com (and torque10x.com) and our Lead Marketplace portal host at leads.torque10x.com when that host is live (including a “Request access” page and any future login or account pages).
Who we are
Torque Management buys and resells leads and live transfers for buyer agencies and groups. We are a Utah company. You can reach us at:
Torque Management, LLC
PO Box 411, Providence, UT 84332
Phone: (844) 204-0004
Email: [email protected]
For this Policy, Torque is the party that decides why and how contact and account information from these sites is used (the controller of that information).
This site is for business buyers and partners. It is not a consumer insurance quote site.
What we collect
Contact and schedule forms
When you submit a contact form, book a conversation, or use a schedule tool on our sites (including forms or calendars from customer-relationship / scheduling tools), we may collect:
- Name
- Work email
- Phone
- Company / agency name
- Message or notes you type
- Meeting time you pick (if you book on a calendar)
Field labels on the live form control what is required. We collect what you submit.
Lead Marketplace — Request access and future login
Request access (Phase 1). If you use a Request access form on leads.torque10x.com, we collect the fields on that form (typically name and email, and any other fields shown) so we can follow up about marketplace access.
Future login / account. When we add accounts, we may collect login credentials (for example email and a password you choose), profile details you provide, and records of what you do inside the portal (for example purchases or call/lead activity needed to run the marketplace). We will update this Policy before login goes live if the fields or purposes change.
Phone
If you call (844) 204-0004, we collect the number you call from and what you tell us so we can respond. We do not currently record calls on this line. If we later use call recording, transcription, or an automated assistant on that line, we will say so at the start of the call and update this Policy.
Email and ordinary business contact
If you email us, we collect what you send.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers (including Cloudflare when used) may receive your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, date and time, and the page requested — to operate and protect the sites, not to build an advertising profile.
We do not currently load Google Analytics or advertising pixels on the brochure site. If we add measurement or ads tags later, we will update this Policy before they start.
How we use it
We use personal information to:
- Respond to contact, schedule, and access requests
- Discuss leads, live transfers, and Torque services you asked about
- Operate and improve the brochure site and (when live) the Lead Marketplace portal
- Create and manage accounts when login exists
- Keep ordinary business records
- Protect against spam, fraud, and abuse
- Meet legal obligations
Site visitors and buyer contacts. We do not sell the personal information you give us on these sites (for example your name, work email, phone, or company) as a mailing list or marketing list. We use it for the inquiry or access request you sent, and for related Torque business follow-up.
Marketplace lead and live-transfer inventory (different subject). Torque’s business includes buying and reselling leads and live transfers — information about third-party consumers that buyer agencies purchase through our marketplace. That inventory is not the same as your site-visitor or buyer-account contact details. How that inventory is sourced, sold, and used will be covered in buyer / portal terms and notices when that product goes live. This Privacy Policy does not claim that Torque never sells lead inventory.
Text messages. Phone alone is not consent for autodialed marketing texts. If we ever offer SMS (short message service) marketing, we will use a separate clear opt-in and describe it here before it starts.
Who we share with
We share information only as needed to run the business you contacted us about, including:
- Customer-relationship / scheduling tools when you use their forms or calendars on our sites — they process submissions under their notices as well as ours
- Hosting and security providers (for example Cloudflare) to operate and protect the sites
- Email and communications providers to deliver messages
- Professional advisors (counsel, accountants) under confidentiality
- Payment or marketplace processors when the portal charges for leads or live transfers (named here before checkout goes live)
- When the law requires it, or to protect Torque, our users, or others from fraud, security issues, or harm
- In a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), with notice as required by law
We do not sell your site-visitor or buyer-contact information as a mailing list. Marketplace lead inventory sold to buyers is addressed under buyer / portal terms when that goes live — not by a blanket “we never sell personal information” line in this Policy.
Call-tracking and marketplace tooling (for example Ringba) may process operational data inside the portal when that product is live. Brochure pages do not embed call-tracking widgets.
Cookies and similar tools
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. We may use cookies or similar tools that are needed to run the site (for example security or session). We do not currently use advertising cookies on the brochure site.
If a bot-protection tool (for example Cloudflare Turnstile) is added, it may set a short-lived token for bot checks, not advertising.
The sites may not respond to Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and access-request information as long as needed to respond, continue a business discussion, operate an account, and keep ordinary records; then we delete or archive it unless law, a dispute, or an audit requires us to keep it. We do not publish a fixed number of days.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small B2B site and portal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not claim “bank-level” security.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what contact information we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that the request is yours. We may keep what the law requires or what is needed for an ongoing business relationship or dispute.
Some states give additional privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right the law gives you.
Children
These sites are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will post a new version of this Policy on this page and change the effective date when we do.
